1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund—no return required in most cases.

Be ready to send us a photo of the item and packaging to help us investigate.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made baskets

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original product for a refund, then place a new order.
